This notice covers the PageMaker365 coming-soon website and early-access enquiries, not a customer account or the installed product.

Contacting us

When you submit the early-access form, we receive your name, email address, organization and message so our team can respond. The website sends your enquiry securely to our server, which validates it and delivers it to our team through Microsoft Azure Communication Services Email. Please do not include passwords, access tokens, confidential documents or sensitive tenant information.

We save your enquiry in our access-controlled enquiry system so our team can track and respond to it, including if an email notification fails. We may record follow-up notes and a follow-up date. We use request and email rate limits and a spam-filter field to protect the form. Rate-limit identifiers are hashed in the server-side limiter. Your form details are not stored in browser storage or added to the page URL.

Website measurement

This page does not set analytics cookies or load advertising pixels, session recordings or third-party browser analytics. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and timestamps, to deliver and protect the website.

Early access

Contacting us does not create an account, book a meeting or guarantee access. We use your enquiry to discuss your interest in PageMaker365 and send an acknowledgement.

Optional product updates

If you separately request product news and launch updates, we send an email confirmation link. We only send product updates after you confirm. We record your request, confirmation and subscription status so we can honor your choice. Every product-update email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops future product updates; it does not prevent a response to an enquiry you send us.

We use Azure Communication Services to send emails and receive delivery reports. We record delivery failures and suppress addresses that hard bounce. We do not enable email open or click tracking for these updates. You can also reply to our team to ask us to stop product updates.
